We offer a full 30 day refund policy only on the front end product. You are entitled to continue to use the bonuses but you must download them and save them as your membership access will be removed. Please note that we do not offer refunds on upgrades or OTOs. For the newsletter, you can cancel any time by sending an email to email@example.com but there are no refunds.
Note as well that OTO3 commission bump begins on December 7. If you need to request a refund, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org explaining the issue you have and if we cannot resolve it for you, your refund will be promptly issued.
Please note that if purchase and then refund within minutes, you will be added to a blacklist of buyers who will no longer be allowed to purchase from us. Do not open a PayPal dispute or charge back as this will delay your refund for up to 30 days.
